LSGC-UI1040 DUAL-PURPOSE HIGH-SPEED COATING MACHINE WITH POWDER REMOVING SECTION
Applications:
This machine is used for paper surface coating to raise the brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance so as to protect the colors of paper surface. It is suitable for both light and thick paper.
Features:
1.Automatic feeding section: High-speed stable feeder free from maintenance. Movable guide rail with manual feeding table which can meet the paper size that feeder could not handle is available for your optional.
2.Powder removing section: Adopt flannel roller and heating roller double way to clean the power on paper surface and increase the coating effect without scratching the paper. It can be adjusted convenient and easy operated.
3.Grounding coating/ IR drying section: Water-based oil is used before UV coating to fill in the paper surface pores to save UV varnish.
4.IR drying: It is to dry the water-based oil coated paper. IR and double-layer heat insulated protection are used to save electric consumption.
5.UV coating/UV curing section: Reversal frequency and speed regulating are used to control the varnish thickness to make coating quality better. Automatic stop of paper roll is to reduce the wasting of sheets.
6.UV curing: Lamps, reflectors, air cooling systems are composed at this section to efficiently cure coating varnish and keep temperature of the curing box to prevent the deformation of coating paper.
7.Automatic delivery section: Jogging times could be set according to paper weight. Pneumatic joggers can keep sheets delivered orderly. Equipped with coating paper counter, and pre-delivery table which will be automatically open when paper jam in delivery.
8.Machine PLC control, man-machine conversation.
Feeder, powder-removing, ground coating/IR drying, UV coating/UV curing, delivery can be combined accordingly.
The conveyor can be lengthened. There are 2 meters and 4 meters extension optional.
