Paper cone punching machine
Applications:
This machine is used to punch various kinds of paper such as ice cream cone paper, cup paper, cover paper of the bowl of instant noodle, label paper and so on.

Features:
u Unwindin unit: It is easy to load and unload paper reel. Fully automatic tension control ensures a constant tension during reel unwinding process, while automatic bias correction system ensures horizontal die cutting with high precision. And the paper is not biased when feeding paper. Simple retroflexion alignment assembly is configured, and the operation is simple.
u Feeding unit: Unwinding is used to feed paper reel with constant speed, while the feeding is high. Dual-speed synchronous control feeding system is set for the butter section in the middle so that continuous die cutting is available with max.speed of 250pcs.min.
u Die cutting unit: The mold is specially designed according to different material. Mold changeover is convenient. The machine body and mold frame are specially reinforced, which can punch thin paper slip and aluminum foil with high speed and features smooth punching notch, neat stacking and convenient collection.
Control unit: PLC in corporation with touch screen to control the machine. Data setting and machine running status monitoring are realized by means of touch screen. Die punching and feeding are controlled by means of servo. And two die cutting modes ( fixed length and color control scale tracking) are available for your selection. The die punching is fast with high precision.
