Applications:
Laminating on the surface of printed sheet has been widely used in books, playbill, color box, and handbag. The new type MTMLP-120B water-based OPP Laminator is integrated the newest technology by Modern Top Company. It is triple-purpose wet & dry laminator, which suits water-based glue, oil-based glue and thermal film. Its a kind of machine features high speed and saving electricity.
Features:
1.Feeder: Adopts imported high-speed feeder head (250pcs/min) with high accuracy. Improved conjugated cam structure to ensure stability under high speed. Stepless feeding speed variation device to adapt to different sheet sizes. Feeding table equipped with suction belts;
2.Powder removing system electrical heating steel roller and pull side lay: The powder removing system adopts electrical heating steel roller, which can remove effectively powders on surface of the printed sheets. To the sheet with rough surface, it has the function of polishing. This enhances greatly flatness after pressing and saves applied glue amount. With this, the brightness will be much better after laminating. Accurate side pull lay for good sheet registration
3.Coating system: Glue application uses ceramic anilox with independent driving motor. This is good for stable even oil coating and easy adjustment to glue application volume. Circulation oil supply system. One pneumatic oil well pump and one electric oil well pump and stainless oil drought are available for water-based and oil-based glues. 4.Drying system: Upright constant temperature cycle drying system features quick drying and stable and accurate temperature control. It dries the opp film securely at high speed without film deflection. It is suitable for drying water-based glue with features of high heat quantity, wide heat spread, which are especially good for quick drying
5.Laminator: Hard chrome coated mirror pressing cylinder adopts quartz tube heating system. It features quick-heating, automatic temperature control and even temperature distribution. This is good for energy-saving. Design of big diameter pressing cylinder nipping directly onto impression roller makes opp film run smoothly without cross movement. Oil pressure cylinder controlled impression on-off gives even pressure over the nip area of the pressing cylinder and impression roller, Film unwinding is controlled by tension controller to keep constant film tension under high speed. Optional ionic blowing bar can neutralize the ions on the opp film
6.Film unwinding: Air shaft for film reel loading; Magnetic-powder brake to keep constant film tension during machine operation
7.Film disc blade cutting device: The machine use disc blade cutting system. Six sets disc blades. Fine adjustment is available with the cutting disc blade, which can adjust the rpm of it to match better speed of the sheet after being laminated.
8.Automatic delivery: Pneumatic side and rear joggers; Photo-electric sensor controlled auto delivery table descending; Suction belt for more stable sheet transmission to delivery table
9.Electrical system: Imported electrical components are used. Mitsubishi PLC controls the machine running. WEINVIEW man-machine interface touch screen available for running status indication and trouble indication to ease machine operation and maintenance. Danish Danfoss frequency converter; German Moller contactors; Japanese OPTEX sensors, etc.
