Micro bubble pond aerator consists of air blower, aeration device, deflector and aerator box, etc. The air flows through blower into micro bubble aeration device, and effect oxygenation to th water in the aerator box. The poor oxygen water flows into aerator box thorughthe bottom deflectors, and the rich oxygen water flows out of the aerator box through the top deflectors. Multi-sets of pond aerators will form whirl pool in the water.

The aerator bottom has installed φ25 pond aeration hose,which can generate micro air bubbles from the nano air pores on the hose surface. The micro bubbles have larger contact surface and have longer retention time in the water. The micro bubbles have excellent oxygenation effect so that to greatly enhance the aeration capacity of the pond aeration. YL-series micro bubble pond aerator utilize the density difference of mixing air water to form a negative pressure in the aerator box. The negative pressure suck up the bottom poor oxygen water into aerator, and push the inside rich oxygen waterout of the aerator through deflectors. Multi-sets operation of micro bubble pond aerators can form a regular water flow in the whole pond, which largely enhance the surface area. The multi-sets operation can also drive the around water and form whirl pools to activate the whole pond water for a best aeration effect. YL-series pond aerator has mud guard design at the bottom which can prevent the mud from enterting the aerator box.
