1, Overview
Along with the sewage discharge standard upgrading and two-stage biochemical treatment process developing, the dischaged sludge of sewage treatment has also changed. According to the new sludge characteristics of modern sewage treatment, YULONG has developed DNDYL-series belt filter press which integrated the world latest mechanical concerntration and filter press dehydration technics. DNDYL-series represents that YULONG has mastered the most advanced technology of belt filter press.
2, DNDYQ-series belt filter press operation process
After complete reaction with flocculants, the sludge flows into dosing distributor of concerntration section. The dosing distributor distributes sludge onto the inclined concerntrating belt. Under the dredging and gravity function, the sludge instantly dehydrate water by the filter belt rolling. After primary dehydration, the concerntrated sludge will be conveyed to gravity dehydrating section by converting device for further dehydration. Then the sludge enter ‘S’ shape squeezing belt. The sludge is squeezed between the top layer filtering belt and bottom layer filtering belt. After several rollers’ press, the sludge is finally dehydrated and becomes to be dried cakes. The dried cakes will be scraped off the belt by erasing knife, and automatic washing devices will flush clean the belt continuously during the system operation.
3, DNDYQ-series technical features
(1), Low investment, no concrete construction cost. Mainly applied to treat raw sludge, which has concerntration and dehydration double function.
(2), The filtering belts in concerntration section and squeezing section have differet voidage, and the belts linear speed are different. It improves the solid-liquid separation time.
(3), The filtering belts are autamaticly washed by the filtrate liquid, which save operation cost.
(4), Continuouse pressing operation, stepless speed regulation.
(5), Belts position automatic correction. (Pneumatic feedback single side automatic correction), filtering belts automaticly strain, stretching force automaticly regulated.
(6), Easy operation, high reliability, convenient maintenance.
