YULONG SCR system are designed as an integrated equipment with the function of fine screening, screenings dewatering & compaction, grit separation & removal, grease separation and removal. The treatment capacity could be customized according to different wastewater status of the individual customer. SCR can reduce up to 90% of the grits larger than 75 mesh (particle diameter 0.2-0.25mm), as well as efficiently remove the grease with a scraper system.
There is a screwed conveyer at the bottom of SCR plant transfering the sedimentated grits to an inclined grits screwed conveyer on the top surface of SCR, which dewaters and transports the grits out of the SCR system. An optional washing device could be fixed on the inclined screwed convyer to flush away the organic content in the grits.
Aeration & Scraper system makes the grease floating on the suface and skimmed the grease by chain driving paddle to the pump sump, where the grease be pumped to the screenings removal conveyer and discharge out of the system.
