EPDM membrance disc air diffuser

2.The diaphragm is made from imported EPDM, which is anti-aging, anti-corrosion and has durable service life.
3.Stair-stepping seal structure can prevent the diaphragm loosing off.
4.The peripher of diaphragm is thickened to compensate the extension. The thickened part can resile freely by itself elasticity, which to protect the rubber diaphragm from tearing up by concentrated stress.
5.Double reflux valve design. The nonporous diaphragm center on the vent and the reflux value inside aerator, can prevent sewage seeping into the pipeline system.
6.Special once molding process forms fine pores on the diaphragm, which makes the air bubbles diffusing evenly with less resistance loss.
7.The diffusing air bubbles are fine and even, which enhances the oxygen utilization and oxygenation capacity.
8.The diaphragm has good self-cleaning and anti-clogging property.
9.Standard 3/4 inch screwed joint. Screwed plastic hard connection and rubber flexible connection are both applicable, which is interchangeable well.
10.HDH-series aerator can resist high temerature up to 100 ℃ and could work well in deep tank aeration with 10meters depth.
