Cleaning Agent TF-2000-8
ODS materials (referring to CFC-113, 1.1.1- trichloroethane and carbon tetrachloride) used in cleaningindustry, such as Freon and halogenated hydrocarbon, as they damage the ozone layer in the upper air ofthe earth and do harm to human health, have been listed as substances whose production and use shouldbe stopped within a required period in Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. Forthat reason, we introduced German GXS-1 cleaning agent. GXS-1 will not damage the ozone layer andpollute the air,as it does not contain Freon, halogenated hydrocarbon and Aromatic solvents and itswaste liquid can be recycled after distilled.
This product is suitable for removing inorganic impurities, oil stains, rosins, resin fluxes and other
pollutants on such materials as semi-conductors, PCBs, precision parts, liquid crystal materials, optical lens,
ion-coating parts, plated parts, audio laser heads and magnetic materials. Without erosive effects on metals
and plastics, TF-2000-8 Cleaning Agent made by Tongfang has become an indispensable choice for the
cleaning process in electronics industry. The product has been used by dozens of clients of Tongfang,
including Shunda Computer, Jingcheng Science and Technology and other well-known enterprises.
TF-2000-8 Cleaning Agent belongs to Class III inflammable liquid, whose use and storage shall
strictly follow the requirements stipulated in its MSDS.

Operating instructions
Cleaning methods such as ultrasonic, steam, foaming, spraying and hand-washing can be employed forthis product. If ultrasonic method is used, both the cleaning time and drying time (room temperature)should be 10-20 seconds.
Packing, storage and transport
1.Packed in plastic tank;
2.Stored in cool places with good ventilation, kept away from fire source;
3.Transported by following the regulations stipulated for inflammable substances.
Precautions
1.Keep the operating site well ventilated. Store the product in cool places with good ventilationand keep it away from fire source;
2.If this product is used in an ultrasonic mode, the ultrasonic device should be equipped withcondensation tube and the condensation temperature can be set. The used solvent shouldrecycled under higher requirements to ensure the density of the solvent in the operatingenvironment is controlled within an acceptable range;
3.If this product is used in an ultrasonic mode, the set heating temperature should not exceed theupper limit of the boiling point of the cleaning agent (for the value of boiling point, see thespecification)
4.If this product is used in an ultrasonic mode, the amount of cleaning agent added should bedetermined by the volume of the cleaning tank. Normally, the quantity should not be lower thanthe height of the
5.heating tube in the cleaning tank;
This cleaning agent should not be mixed with other types of solvents, oil or water for use.
