Introduction
The rice vermicelli making machine is one industrial plant. The whole process is fully automatic from flour inset, flour mixing, flour feeding, first extruding, second extruding, vermicelli forming, steaming, aging, washing, folding the shape,drying, cooling and packaging.
Beside the rice flour, it also can process various kinds of flours, such as wheat, rice ,corn, oats, millet, barley, buckwheat, starch flours and compound flours etc.
The Production Process based on Chinese method as following:
Mixing the rice flour --flour ripening---lifting rice flour to the flour feeder ---feeding rice flour to extruder --- first extrusion --second extrusion --- rice vermicelli forming ---first aging ---steaming --- second aging ---washing ---folding and drying---cooling
Note: According to the rice feature and rice vermicelli texture preferrence in different areas, so the rice vermicelli process is not totally same. We can make the process as the customer's special requirement.

1 High automatic production Highly automatic controlled production line which realizes the continuous production of the first aging, steaming, second aging, vermicelli loosing and drying. |

2 Strict process control In order to guarantee the high quality of the products and achieve the industrialized production, the whole production line is controlled by scored of frequency converters and PLC which could adjust technical parameters for each unit. |

3 Continuous aging,steaming process The aging tunnel is adopted the multi-levels with humid and temperature controlled system which shorten the aging time, save the energy resource and low down the cost of production. |

4 Automatic loosing, saving much labor The automatic vermicelli loosing machine which save a great labor and improve the profit space of production. |
|
5 Excellent drying effect In order to meet the demands of drying curve and achieve the better drying effect, the drying tunnel is adopted the up and down multi-level design and strict control of humid and temperature in each section. |
