The automatic instant rice noodle machine is one industrial plant, it adopts the twice extruding
technology and can process various kinds of flours, such as wheat, rice , corn, oats, millet,
barley,oats,buckwheat, starch flours and mixed flours etc.
The whole process is fully automatic from flour mixing, flour feeding, first extruding, second
extruding, noodles forming,cutting,aging, steaming,drying, cooling to packaging.

3 Continuous aging,steaming process The aging tunnel is adopted the multi-levels with humid and temperature controlled system which shorten the aging time, save the energy resource and low down the cost of production. |

4 Automatic loosing, saving much labor The automatic vermicelli loosing machine which save a great labor and improve the profit space of production. |

5 Excellent drying effect In order to meet the demands of drying curve and achieve the better drying effect, the drying tunnel is adopted the up and down multi-level design and strict control of humid and temperature in each section. |
