What is a waste water treatment circular tank scraper bridge?
ZXG series circular tank scraper bridge is central driving, widely used for scraping and discharging sludge in round primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and concentrated tank, working diameter ranges from 8m to 20m.
As a experienced professional manufacturer, we have been over 9 years in manufacturing and designing of central driven circular tank scraper bridge since year 2006.
Working principle of ZXG circular tank scraper bridge :
Sedimentation tank with conical bottom is made of concrete or steel, sludge pit is located at the tank center, connect with sludge pipe. Wastewater enter into tank through central steady flow tube. Sediment in water fall in tank bottom and is scraped and collected by scraper to central sludge collecting pit, and then is discharged through sludge pipe. Strong technical team and strict final inspections ensure excellent quality and long service life of central driven circular tank scraper bridge.
