What is a waste water treatment slant plate clarifier?
Slant plate clarifier is one kind of high efficiency solid-liquid separation solution which works on shallow tank theory. Compared with conventional clarifier, treatment capacity of slant plate clarifier can be 7-10 times higher. We have been over 9 years in manufacturing and designing of slant plate clarifier since year 2006.
Working principles of slant plate clarifier:
Raw water is filtered by flowing through groups of inclined plates or inclined tubes which are placed inside slant plate clarifier. Solids are trapped and fall down because of gravity, treated water rise to the upper section and is discharged through outlet pipe. Slant plate clarifier is your ideal choice for solid-liquid separation.

Product uses of slant plate clarifier:
- To remove cr, cu, Fe, Zn ,Ni etc heavy metal ion in electroplate effluent, treated water can reach emission standard.
- To reduce turbidity for waste water for coal mine, mineral processing etc., turbidity can be reduced from 500-1500 mg/L to 5 mg/L.
- Great removing performance in printing and dyeing industry, color removal rate can reach 70%-90%, COD removal rate can reach 50%-70%.
- For food industry, letter industry etc., waste water COD removal rate can reach 50%-80%, solids removal rate is above 90%.
- For chemical waste water, COD removal rate can be 60%-70%, color removal rate 60%-90%
