Basic function: The series water-bath ampoule (oral liquid) leakage inspection sterilizer uses high-temperature circulated water as sterilizing medium. It is mainly used in water-bath sterilizing operation and leakage inspection washing treatment of Ampoule, vial, oral liquid, injection and other products. The equipment is with good homoiothermy. Its temperature adjustment range is wide (80-126℃). At the same time, it avoid second pollution in the work process. The vacuum and color water leakage inspection ensures 100% waste relevance ratio.
Main-body: The equipment adopts rectangular cylinder structure, equipped with chamber made by high-quality 304/316L acid proof stainless steel and cover plate made by brushed stainless steel.  Simultaneously, the equipment has GMP standard verification interface for users to verify at any time. And it also adopts automatic horizontal sliding double-door technology.
Control system: It adopts computer-control or PLC+touch screen system. Double monitoring of temperature time and F0 value could ensure sterilization affect. This system detects temperature precisely, runs steadily and has complete sterilization records store.
Pipeline system: Optimized configuration in the industry is adopted. Main components include plate-type heat exchanger, circulated water pump, high temperature pneumatic valve, vacuum pump and spraying system.
