Till now, our automatic block machines  include QT4-15B series, QT4-15C series, QT6-15 series, QT6-15B series, QT8-15 series, and QT10-15 series.They have been certified by CE, SGS, TUV, and the like. Our machines also have been approved by Bureau Veritas, TUV CERT.

QT4-15 automatic concrete brick machine 

1.Mould structure: 

we design the mould structure specially in order to change the mould easily,about the mould lifespan ,we use the newst heat treatment equipment to do carburization work.

2.About the electricity motor:

 Mixer and host machine ,we will use Germany siemens motor ,because this two part nearly working all time in working day ,so we could use high level hard wearing motor for this ,and the motor we will also use CE 

standard.

3.About the switches:

we will select the France Schneider brand , it is could assure the working process smoothly . 

4.The Control System:

Using computer control and man machine interface. Electrical equipments apply the well-known brands from Japan and Germany, like Japan Mitsubishi.

5. Material System:

 The crane of the material machine is controlled by the hydraulic system. That its hopper is connected to the crane by the rubber spring, can offer favourable damping effect while preventing the vibration compaction of the remained materials. In the system, the hopper is equipped with a door which can help realize the uniform material distribution.
