Electrical Mill Roll Stand
Uses and Features:
1 .Electrical shaftless mill roll stand, which is used in corrugated cardboard production line,its fuction is supporting the paper mill roll.
2. Symmetrical structure can install two rolls of paper at the same time and continually change paper;
3.Paper roll clamp-loosen, lift-lower, movem ent, contraposition, translation ect operated by electric driven .
4.Maximum diameter:φ1600mm
5. Range of width: 1200mm-1800mm
6.pneumatic or mannual control web tension.
Taper center, stretch center is optional.
Single cutter can do single corruagted cardboard vertically and horizontally cutting.It has Change order fast and high cutting precision,working speed fast etc.make little waster,when changed the order.It suit for the top grade colour prinitng machine.This machine adopt PLC touch screen to design .Through it operator can know all the production status. Adopt variable frequency motor to adjust the speed. Servo control make the cutting length more exactly, making the cutting precisiopn perfectly.(error±1.5mm).mechanical behavior will more fine.

3. Mechnical cutting-off machine
1. Design speed: 100m/min
2. Paper cutting range: 600mm-2600mm
3. Cutting off precision: ±2.5mm
4. Effective width: 1400mm-2200mm
5. Manual adjust the rotate speed of P derailleur in order to change the length of cardboard.
6. There are clearance adjustment set and gear parallel set at the gear between the edge rollers, thereby assure move steadily, improve precision.
7. Adopt double brace speeder, make the edge shaft run in uniform motion, the instantaneous speed of cutting off edge in working are invariables with the running speed of cardboad.
8. Drive power from main transmission, good synchronization and high precision cutting.
