Knight SF-D-280B Cover Adsorb type Single Facer machine
Features:

Expiry width: 1400mm-2000mm.
Flute profiles: A,B,C,E etc. available discretionarily.
Drive decelerate box adopts oiliness lubricate. light noise, adopt small gimbal transmission. separate power.
Lift-lower of upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller are completed by pneumatic control.
Cardboard transmitting method adopts vacuum adsorb equipment, with wind control. keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
Axletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant lube.
Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of high quality chrome 48CrMo molybdenum alloy steel and heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC55-58°,the surface are whetted.
The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
Adopt Electromotion or handle separate glue equipment.
Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped. Adopt main motor frequency conversion control.
