the working process:
1.Put the pvc material in roll on the material rack
2.Change the material in roll into flat by flattening system
3.move transparent pvc material under the welding mould to auto-feeding system
4.Start high frequency welding function to trim soft plastic.
5.Pass semi-finished boxes out of machine by conveyor system

maximum working size and power of high frequency machine can be choosed according to the client actual needs.The auto feeding length and speed can be pre setup as customer requirement.It is also suitable for plastic material with different thickness.
