It is especially designed for HF welding is a perfect machine for production of blister packages, But it is multipurpose machine, for it can be used for industry like PU leather cover for pad, automotive parts and car interior elements, safety vests, reflective signs, inflatable toys, cosmetics,folding packing box,.etc.
The HF blister packaging welder, by Shenzhen Hipower Ltd, is made for various industrial HF welding and sealing applications. It is designed for applications requiring precision large flat surface for product positioning and complex shape welds.
The HF blister packaging welder series have HF power outputs from 5KW to 25KW.
Machine is with special quick change electrode holder. Custom designed tooling and welding upper platen are available on request.

We developed this high frequency machine for the PVC &PET soft crease boxes, also known as PVC folding box /Offset Printing Folding Boxes/PVC&PET foldable box ,etc.
This is an automatic high frequency soft line creasing machine with flattening system ;
It works with the transparent roll of PVC or PET , go through the flattening system first , before material creased by High Frequency Machine .
This machine makes the perfect creased line on the flat PVC & PET sheet according to the shape
of the box which makes the box easy to fold , fast to pack and elegant in appearance .with
perfect and clean cutting finish ,it easily goes with next production step : the side gluing machine .
