We can design and produce kinds of Hydraulic Station, short designing period and reasonable price. Hydraulic Station is also called Hydraulic Power Unit, which is independent hydraulic device. In the need of driving device, it supplies oil and controls the direction, pressure and flow. It is suitable for all kinds of hydraulic machine whose master and hydraulic device separated. Clients only need link the hydraulic station and actuating elements (oil cylinder and oil motor) by pipeline, then hydraulic machinery can working and recycle. Hydraulic Station is completed by pump unit, manifold block or valve, oil box and electric box.
Pump Unit-fixed electric motor and oil pump, the power source of hydraulic station, transferring mechanical energy to kinetic force of hydraulic oil. Manifold block-completed by hydraulic valve and channel body, adjustment of hydraulic oil direction, pressure and flow. Valve-plate valve is fixed on plate. The function of back plate tube links is same as manifold block. Oil box is semi-closed vessel welded by steel plate, fixing oil-filter screen and air cleaner, which are used in oil storage, oil colding and filtering. Electric box- One is terminal block which is equipped by external lead and another is equipped with set of controlling electric.
Working principle: Oil pump is driven by electric motor. Pump absorbs oil from oil pump and then ladle oil, transferring mechanical energy to pressure energy of hydraulic oil. After adjusting hydraulic oil’s direction, pressure and flow through manifold block or valve, hydraulic oil is transferred to oil cylinder and oil motor of hydraulic machinery by external line, so that it controls exchange of hydraulic motor directions, the power and speed to push hydraulic machinery’s acting.
