bending aluminum channel machine Features:
1) Friendly man-machine interface, simple configuration. Simply enter the processing of text, graphic design files, and then the machine can process them on materials automatically.
2) Automatically feed, notch for two sides(angel 45-135), and roll Japanese linear module(screw drive), precision motor clamp.
3) No need of air pump, low voice and environment-friendly.
4) The operating system consist of stepping up, cutting, swing, promotion and demotion of, feed motor, bending motor, diffusion knife. Feeding ,bending and swinging are controlled by stepper motor. On the basis of the length , radian and angle which are figured out by microcomputer, the machine can feed , cut angle and bend precisely.
5) A unique three-dimensional process simulation technology, two-dimensional design file to be able to display three-dimensional effects, supplemented by translation, rotation, zoom and other functions, enables full observation and monitoring of whole working process.
6) The original double-bent knife parallel bending technology to save time and greatly improve the processing efficiency, the maximum bending angle reached 135 °.
7) High precision machining, feeding precision can reach 0.01mm, bending accuracy up to 0.4 °.
8) With precision automatic calibration function, based on the way of the processing material, self-adjusting process parameters, so that it can match with a variety of engraving machines and cutting machine, meet a variety of complex embedded process accuracy as much as possible.
9) Wide range of applications: CNC Bending machine can process 2mm strip of aluminum, galvanized steel, iron and other metal sheet.
10)It can work in 0.05 precision, and work together with laser engraving machine, plasma cutting machine to realize the advertisement processing.
