Features for CO2 laser cutting machine
1.Special design adopt for this machine, laser tube work together with laser head that can ensure long time high power, no need maintain laser route, it can reduce malfunction rate.
2.Strip acrylic working, when cut acrylic it can avoid laser reflect.
3.Double servo motor moving control system, high speed, smoothly and non-sawtooth cutting, high precision.
4.Special design for cutting pieces can conveniently drop and fetch, large quantity process. 5.Multi- selection for laser tube 25W, 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, 70W, 100W, 150W, wide application. 6.Up air blower, up and down exhaust system, can satisfy multi-request for cutting.

It has been widely used in the fields of plexiglass, architectural models, rubber plates, bamboo products.For cutting and carving on plexiglass products, acrylic art & crafts panel, lenses, wood &cutting carving, advertising materials, crystal characters, easel, packing boxes, models, toys and furnitures,etc.
Advantages for CO2 laser cutting machine
1. We use ball screw rod to make the up and down table, which ensure its long-term using and precision. While other company may have less precision, and will be noise after a period using.
2. We use American IIV company's reflect mirror and focus lens, which prolong the lifetime of the spare parts.
3. For laser tube, we use the Chinese top brand laser tube, have very stable performance, lifetime can reach 3000 hours. Also, we have another brand laser tube with 10000 hours lifetime if you require, we can use it in our order.
4. For water chiller, we use both CW5000 for single head, and CW5200 for double head laser machine.
5. All the machine are use red pointer and auto focus system.
6. All the machine have LCD offline control system + USB port.
7. The bearing we use Japan import NSK brand, which ensure the long time performance and accuracy.
8. the transforming belt adopt the famous FULONG brand, it have the metal in the material, so it is fasten and not easy to loosen.
9. All the power supply and laser device are will be running for at least 48 hours testing to ensure it's good performance.
