Production Introduction
Linear vibrating sieve sand screener is our company’s new screen device especially for screening the materials in the quarry,which use the vibrating of
tube eccentric shaft to adjust the amplitude.And it features stable structure,strong vibrating force,high screening efficiency,low vibrating voice, firmly durable,long service life and easy maintenance,and safe operation,etc. Besides, it is widely used in building materials,transportation,energy,coal preparation,cement,mine,electricity
and chemical industries,especially for classifying coal,limestone,broken stone,grit,metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.
Working principle SY
Linear vibrating sieve sand screener mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box do circular movement .After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.

1.driven by double motors, synchronous transmission;
2.main vibrating spring is made of rubber;
3.motor drive the main bearing to rotate via coupling with rubber type element in the side of screen box;
4.simple structure, convenient maintenance, do not produce coarse vibration and noise during operation,low malfunction.
