ISO,CE mineral separator classifier shaker is our company’s new screen device especially for screening the materials in the quarry, which adopted the vibrating of tube eccentric shaft to adjust the amplitude. As its linear design,it has conveying function.And its features stable structure, strong vibrating force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating voice, firmly durable,long service life and easy maintenance, and safe operation, etc. Besides the double motors provide more power,it is widely used in building materials, transportation, energy, coal preparation, cement, mine, electricity and chemical industries, especially for classifying coal, limestone, broken stone, grit,metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.
Working principle SY
ISO,CE mineral separator classifier shaker mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box do circular movement .After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.
