Salt spray test chamber/Salt spray corrosion tester/Salt fog testing equipment/Salt spray corrosive test machine is one of high quality products in our company.
Purpose:
This tester is designed for surface treatment of corrosion-resistant capacity test for various materials, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic film, anti-rust oil, chemical treatment, and then achieves a long period of resistance to corrosion products.
Materials used:
1. Test chamber: use the PVC gray impact resistance plate , 5mm in thickness;
2. Thermostat water tank: use the PVC gray impact resistance plate , 5mm in thickness and it is equipped
with the auto water level controller to avoid the inconvenience to refill the water by manpower.
3. The upper cover of the test chamber: use the transparent acrylic plate, 5mm in thickness;
4. The barrel for refilling the reagent: equipped with a built-in water level gauge. Use the PVC gray impact resistance plate made,mm in thickness, which looks as an
integral whole with the machine stand.
5. The basket supporter inside the test chamber: use the PVC gray impact resistance plate, the test angle
can be freely adjusted to 15º and 30º a.48 test pieces can be placed by the angle of 15 degree
b.30 test pieces can be placed by the angle of 30 degree
Note:the size of the test pieces is 150×70mm(H×D)
6. The saturated air tank: made of stainless steel, 2mm in thickness and equipped with the auto water level
controller to avoid the inconvenience to refill the water by manpower.
Application Temperature:
Set the type according to the standards of CNS, JIS and ASTM:
1. The test method of salt water:
The test chamber: 35°C±1°C/ The saturated air barrel: 47°C±1°C
2. The test method of corrosive resistant
The test chamber: 50°C±1°C/ The saturated air barrel: 63°C±1°C
Spraying modes:
1. Conical disperser: It can adjust the spraying and make the reek and falling reek even.
2. Nozzles(Taiwan): Glass nozzles. The accurate glass nozzles (self-made)
Note:volume of spraying: 1~2 mL/80CM2/1h(self-made)
Fog removing way:
Through air extrusion will fog eduction.
Control system:
1. Temperature control of test chamber 0~99.9°C with accuracy in 0.1°C(LED with 2 figures) PID automatic calculator(Yangming, Taiwan): 1 pc
2. Safe temperature controller for liquid expansion in heating channel 0~110°C 2pcs.(made in West Europe)
3. The temperature controller of saturated air tank: 0~99.9°C with accuracy in 0.1°C.(LED with 2 figures), able, PID automatic calculator (Yangming, Taiwan): 1pc.
4. Time controller: ANLY AH5R-2 1pc.
5. Total timer: 0~9999.9 hr, RISESEN(made in Taiwan) 1pc.
6. The first stage pressure adjusting structure:
a).First pressure regulating valve with a set of pressure gauge(pre-adjust To 2~2.5kg/CM2)
b).Second pressure regulating valve: pressure regulating valve (made in Taiwan) 1/4"PT, pressure 0~4.0kg/ CM2, adjustable. (adjust the spraying pressure to 1.0kg CM2)
c).Pressure gauge: 2kg/ CM2(0.1kg/ CM2) 1pc
7. As light and buckle switch could constant buckle more than 10,000 times.
8. LY2N protective relay 2 pcs
9. MY2N protective relay 4 pcs
10.QJA V2A702-03 solenoid valve 3 pcs
