Porpose:
Hot air oven offers stable and reliable temperature environment of testing space for preheating dryness, qualitative change physics and chemical change requirement.
Physical Structure and Dimension:
1. Internal dimension(w×h×d):1500×1500×1500mm;
2. External dimension: according to the material object;
3. controller lies in right side of the machine, independent from electric cabinet;
4. double doors can open from the middle part, and door lock is level-type;
5. internal material: 304# stainless steel of whole machine, 1.2mm;
6. external material: cold plate stoving varnish treatment, 1.2mm;
7. accessories:a set of cart,divided into 5 levels,material plate: halftone;
8. heat preservation material:imported rock wool,good effect of heat preservation;
9.sealing material: silica gel of resistance to high temperature;
10. without live drive wheels and adjustable fixed foot;
Temperature Control System:
1.temperature control:PID digital instrument (TESHOW instrument in Taiwan),available to automatically calculate, PV/SV simultaneous display, available to set arbitrary temperature value from the normal temperature to the highest temperature by pressing the button to set;
2. timer setting: 0.1 second-999 hours(available to set hours,minutes and seconds)
Temperature counting down, time goes to the moment of cutting heating current(alarm device)
