Purpose
Price of vacuum oven offers stable and reliable temperature environment of testing space for preheating dryness, qualitative change physics and chemical change requirement, is suitable widely used for rubber plastic materials, adhesive tape, food pharmaceuticals, daily-used chemical and other industries.
Structure
- 1. Body of the chamber adopts the high quality of cool-rolled steel sheet, with electrostatic powder coating on the surface. The coating is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance, no corrosion.
- 2. Interior material: high quality and stainless steel sheet, as thick as 6mm thickness, with round corner modeling which is smooth, fluent, and easy to clean.
- 3.the chamber door is double tempered glass structure, which can observe the test specimen in the chamber clearly.
- 4. With a rubber sealing ring between the work chamber and the glass door to ensure the high vacuum box.
Use and Standard
- 1. Use: products are tested by simulating high altitude environment, all the test specimens will be tested under 11.6kPa(1.68psi), the subatmospheric pressure atmosphere.
- 2. Test purpose: the final test report requires no explosion or fire on the products;
- 3. Test method: UL 1642 UL2054 UN38.3 etc test standard;
