Specifications
- Simple Slitting Machine is with Mitsubishi PLC control and HMI.All the parameters are displayed on the monitor. Only material roll diameter and thicknessneedsto be setup, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.
- Simple Slitting Machine is with two sets Inverter Motor with bar code, one for material feeding, the other for tension control.
- Simple Slitting Machine is with two sets Frequency Inverters control the motors. One for material feeding, the other for tension control.
- Simple Slitting Machine is with 3 sets of Magnetic Brake/clutch for the unwind/rewind tension control.
- Three sets of auto tension control system are implanted the PLC, convenience operation.
- All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.
- Simple Slitting Machine is with emergency switch
- Simple Slitting Machine is with automatic meter counter. Got to the setup data, machine stops and alarms
- All the electric appliances has been gained the CE certificate.

A: Usually, our machines can be delivered within 30 working days. |
Q: What’s the payment terms? |
A: Usually, we do T/T with 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before machine delivery. And L/C, western union, etc are also acceptable. Payment terms can be discussed with us. |
Q: If come to visit, how can I go to your factory? |
A: Welcome your visiting. We are in Ruian, Zhejiang Province, the transportation is convenient. It is about 30-40 min from airport to our factory, and 20min from the train station. |
