SKR7632 CNC precision nut grinding machine, developed mainly for manufacturers of ball screws and of automobile steering gears, is a composite precision grinding machine, made to machine cylindrical surface, end face and internal thread at one setting. With a dresser intended for triangle thread, the machine also is capable to grind triangle thread;
Following functions are endowed with the machine:
SIEMENS 828D NC system, pitch-free, on-line alignment, backlash and pitch compensation, automatic grindingcycle, automatic wheel dressing, process parameter on-line modification, fault diagnosis and alarm;
One-way and two-way grinding mode is selectable; under automatic grinding cycle, wheel feeding and dressing
and compensation are all automatically conducted; a non-contact automatic alignment device is available;
Wheel spindle for internal thread is an e-spindle with stepless speed change; wheel spindle for external grinding
is supported by rolling bearing with frequency speed control; work spindle is driven by servo motor with stepless
speed control;
At one sitting, internal thread, end face and cylindrical surface are machined.
