M6110 is specially developed for grinding the cutting edge of the various broaches, e.g.: round broach, flat broach, splineshaft broach and keyway broach, etc.
Features:
1. The machine can grind the front angle, rear angle and the back of an edge of various
types of broaches.
2. Customised fixture or electric magnetic chuck(extra order) is applied to grind the flat
broach.
3.Wide process range, high working accuracy, easy operation and stable performance.
4.The traverse of the rectangle working table is operated by the linear motion
guides. The flat and V-type guide ways are supported by the roller linear motion
guides.
