FUNCTIONS
1 Testing 12-cylinder fuel injection pump.
2 Measuring each cylinder delivery at any speed.
3 Checking each cylinder injection time in the static state.
4 Checking the sealing performance of injection pump body.
5 Checking the performance of mechanical governor.
6 Checking the performance of pneumatic governor.
7 Checking the vacuum capacity of governor.
8 Checking the pressure compensators(LDA).
9 Measuring the internal pressure of distributor pump body.
10 Testing the electromagnetic valve of distributor pump.
11 Checking transfer pump.
12 Measuring the reflux delivery of distribution pump body.
13 Checking the advance angle of advance device. (Optional)
CHRACTERISTICS
1 This kind of diesel fuel injection test bench adopts the advanced frequency control speed technology. It has stable fuctions; it has a wide range to control the speed; it is easy to operate; it is highly reliable and energy-saving with low noise.
2 The fueling system with heat exchanger can adjust exactly the temperature of the fuel.
3 It can display the rotating speed, figure and temperature in digital way.
4 Equiped with 1224V direct-current power supply, it can meet the need of VE pump.
5 The preset shift can change, display and store the rotating speed, which makes the regulation of speed easy.
6 The special oil pipe system can not only provide the injection pump proper fuel, but also test the sealing performance of the injection pump.
7 This test bench is equiped with the positive and negative air pump equipment so that the external air is not needed. This equipmenet can supply the stable and adjustable pneumatic power.
8 It can measure the inner pressure of VE pump and the reflux.
9 The test bench has static sprayed outlook that is resistant to wear and scratch. The outer case design is novel and looks nice.
10 With 3-T-shaped tank stand, it has excellent antiknock and stable characterisitcs.
11 With large-diameter high-elastic junction box, it can decrese the shock and quiver.
12 The testing loop has the filter system to prolong the life of testing fuel and fuel injection pump.
