1,Lamp shape:EVA Ultra Barrier Solar Films are Double stripe type;and also
can manufacture products of other stripes according to customers’ needs.
2,Product thickness:We can supply different thickness arranging from
0.30-0.80mm, the thickness of conventional product are 0.40mm and 0.50mm,
thickness tolerance:±0.03mm.
3,Product width: any width below 2000mm, and the normal width: 350,550,
680,810,820,980,1000mm, width tolerance: ±3mm
4,Length of each roll:100m,Tolerance:±1 m can manufacture according
to customers’ needs
Curing process conditions:
JCC-105/ JCC-105-T Suggested laminating temperature:140±2℃(can
change according to customers’ needs)
pumpdown time 4-6min
Laminated time 8-10min
Technological conditions :
To ensure the quality of modular package, we suggest that after the
calibration of laminating machine temperature, following the technological
conditions can ensure EVA film crosslinking degree is above 80% and then
ensure the quality.If you want to increase the degree of crosslinking layer , you can
be appropriately raise the temperature or pressure holding time
1, JCC-105/JCC-105-T:
Laminating machine temperature 138-142℃,vacuumize 5min,forcing
60s,Laminated keep 8-10min.
2,Laminating instructions:
(a),Laminating conditions according to the performance of the laminating
machine. According to the temperature characteristics of each
laminating machine,tracking test must at any time,Selection of
crosslinking degree between 70% ~ 70% after curing of process
conditions is preferred.Crosslinking degree is too low or too high can
lead to poor late aging performance.
(b),If laminating machine working environment temperature is different,
process conditions should be adjusted, specific to each laminating
machine parameters shall prevail.
3, After the completion of the laminated,Should after the temperature of
laminated good components down natural 80 ℃ and then Then open
the warm cloth , remove the components to trimming and deflashing .
Installation
We send engineer or technicians to buyers factory to install machine.
All expenditure on travel, food, accommodation and transportation of our engineers/ technicians for installation will be borne by buyer.
REOO company borne the salary of engineer.
Training
We supply both overseas and local training to the engineers and technicians on operation and maintenance.
buyer borne air tickets, lodging, food and training material .
Minimum 12 (twelve) months warranty of all products and services .
guarantee for the spares and required maintenance or replacement support are to be provided . Buyer borne the cost of the material for parts of maintenance.
Backup spares:
We supply essential backup spares. items beyond warranty periods, buyer borne the cost.
