Description of Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace

MSM207 is a Compact Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace with non-consumable tungsten electrode and water cooled

copper crucibles. Integrated mechanical manipulator can repeatedly tilt/rotate multiple metal ingots for remelting process. It is an excellent tool for smelting metal alloys for phase diagram research.

Features of Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace

1.Take turbo molecular pump system, ultimate vacuum degree ≤6X10^-4Pa, individual pump

empty the arc melting chamber or arc levitation melting chamber, ultimate vacuum degree ≤2X10^-4Pa.

2.The arc melting chamber can finish arc melting and suction casting process.

3.The arc melting chamber can do suction casting process for 5-10g aluminum, copper, alloys materials.

4.The arc melting electrode take international structure, electronic lifting, easy to operate.

5.Copper crucible has 7 Hemi-ball shape cave, each cave can melting 10g alloy material

Vacuum Pump (Optional)	Vacuum Level is dependent on the vacuum pump used: o 1E-3mbar via mechanical/roughing pump o 1E-5mbar via turbo pump. We strongly recommend you consider Turbo-molecular Vacuum Pump Station for high quality melting.
Water Chiller & Gas (Optional)	Water cooling is required ( not included ) for its chamber, copper mold and electrode High purity Ar gas is required ( not included ).You may use 5% H2 + 95% Ar gas to better reduce oxidation
