ZAP-C80continuous asphalt mixing plant configuration and parameter

ZAP-C80  continuous asphalt mixing plant is mainly composed of cold supply system, inclined
belt feeder, dryer drum, burning system, elevator, dust collection system, finished products
storage bin, bitumen tank, mineral adding system and control system.

ZAP80 continuous asphalt mixing plant is mainly composed of cold supply system, RAP supply
system, drying system, dust collection system, finished products storage bin, bitumen tank,
mineral adding system and control system.

Features of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant
1.Cold supply system of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant includes four hoppers and four belt
feeder, Aggregate collection belt. This system adopts frequency speed control, with stable
performance.

2.Dry drum of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant adopts wheel gear and gear ring meshing
transmission, transmit stable; With RAP add port in the middle of dry drum, can add
renewable materials. Drying system of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant has mineral powder add
port, can add powder etc.

3. For burning system of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant, the coal is optional.

4. Dust collection system of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant includes gravity dust collector, bag
house dust collector etc.

5. Finished product storage bin of ZAP80 asphalt mixing plant has added material level

protection function; Operation panel equipped with manual control device, main motor current
