Advantages
1. For the hydraulic system of this machine, the imported Electric-hydraulic double proportional control valves are adopted, with which the pressures and speeds can be adjusted according to the requirements to every working actions of the machine. So, the energy can be saved, the impacts to the mechanical section reduced and service life of the block machine prolonged.
2. For the vibrating of this machine, use the technology of frequency conversion control, with which the exciting force can be adjusted automatically according to the customers’ requirements of different product strength, to achieve the material-feeding by the low frequency and block machine by the high frequency. For its transmission section, the direct shaft transmission of a single motor is adopted, by which, with less loss of the motive force and even vibrating force, all the defects in belt transmission can be completely solved. A remote control system is used on this machine so that the main power can be saved for high efficiency.
3. The stacker of this machine is use double-row function. For each working cycle,10 pieces of carrier plates of the blocks can be piled up, for saving the main power, transporting vehicles as well as a lot of cost. And this system is a patented product of this company.
4. For its computer control system, the latest technology is adopted. Only with a simple training course, a worker can operate the machine easily. On this machine, there are the functions for warning the faults and displaying the fault locations so that it is easy to eliminate the problems within a very short time for recovering the production if there are any faults happened.
