PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS
1. Automatic feeding for top sheet and bottom sheet.Fine adjustable pneumatic correction system for top paper to ensure laminating accuracy; suction belt og friction type to ensure trouble-free feeding for bottom paper.
2. Integrated control with PLC and button control can provide easy operation&troubleshoot during the production. safety for user is widely considered in the machine design.
3. Famous international brand of components like bearing, electrical parts are used in the critical functioning part of the machine. such as NSK bearing, schneider electricals, habasit belt, etc.
4. Elastic front register positioning, the bottom sheet does not exceed the top one, the front-and-back distance between the top sheet and the bottom sheet can be adjusted......
5. Configuration: pre-pile system+auto feeder+pneumatic top sheet correction system(with air compressor)+front register position+pneumatic glue pump+floating type pressing part+manual delivery part;
6.LXFMZ-G igh-speed model, with SERVO motor drive to assure high-speed and laminating accurance for optional.
LXFMZ series is mainly used for laminating cardboard with corrugated paper with perfect result and high speed. suits for total less than 9mm after laminating.

1)suits for laminating card paper(above 300gsm) with card paper(above 300gsm),
2)suits for laminating total thickness less than 12mm .
