1. Feeding belts 12pcs /set (remarks:good friction, smooth feeding)

Alignment section
1. Whatever kind of paper boxes within our range can be aligned at left or right, which reduces the technical requirements of workers, also enhance box quality.
2. Electronic adjustment for the carrier 2 set(more convenient and save adjusting time)

Lock-bottom Section
- Stainless steel gluing wheels are used
- Two sets gluing wheels are equipped for lock-bottom gluing.
- Hooks module for lock-bottom: 4 groups
- Guide-rail structure is adopted for belts running
- Special ATG plastic-steel bearing holders are used
- Belts in this section: 6pcs,specification: 3490*30*4 3pcs / 3160*19*4 3pcs
Lower Gluer (straight-line boxes)
1. two gluer tanks here, one at left, the other at right
2. glue scraper device
3. the core of driving shaft is sealed, avoid leaking
4. stainless steel knirled gluing wheels
Folder
1. folding belts are running synchronously, they can not slide, damage the boxes
2. the upper installing plate is controlled by independent supporting pole, up and down parts can be separated
3. inside frame is electrically controlled 3 sets
4. the speed of outer folding belts is independently controlled, Japanese infinite speed regulator 2 pcs (here is the second alignment for the boxes)
