LXMV-150 Automatic Splicer Machine for Paper Roll(1800mm width)
- 1 set 150/min Automatic Splicer Machine for Paper Roll;
- Including automatic tension control system, zero paper tail,the highest applicable base paper is 300g;
- The acceptance speed of middle reel splices middle reel is 150m/min, the acceptance speed of remaining reel splices large reel is 130m/min.
- The above base paper used during acceptance inspection, all with the tensile strength of more than 0.45 KG/mm (usually paper is more than 120g base paper, or more than 100g high-strength corrugated paper).
- Standardized middle reel: Base paper diameter between 75-85cm.
- Standardized Residual reel: Base paper diameter less than 10cm.
- Standardized large reel: maximum diameter of available base paper.
- The above tests are all based on maximum width base paper of this production line.
