1.Process production of molded KB-125C
Let the raw material cement and sand match according to a certain proportion.At the beginning the bucket elevator send the raw materials to the mixer,then the mixing materials can be put into the constant feeder,the constant feeder continuous uniform feed,the material be conveyed to the main machine color tile machine,that is,molded color tile machine.the tile can be produced by hydraulic cylinder and mold force.After drying by sun and maintain,then you can paint tiles.
