Low speed plug flow series mixer apply to the aeration pond and anaerobic pond of industrial and municipal sewage treatment plant, It generate low tangential flow,can be used in circulate and nitration denitriding and dephosphorize section to create flow.

Mixing blend series agitator apply to the liquid which contain suspended matteer in sewage treatment plant and industrial process.

1,Due to the bar of rotary rake type bar screen set in the middle positon of rake tooth driven chain ( other mechanial bar screen set below the driven chain), change the rake tooth motion direction in cleaning process, avoid take the hard matter into bottom stuck the rake tooth and driven chain.

2,Install overloading safety protection device in the output shaft end of speed reducer , avoid damage equipment ude to accidental reasons overloading.

3,Due to bar screen rotary chain match with several rake tooth, with high remove dirt efficiency , thorough clean dirt.

4,Compact structure,simple electric control, convenient to realize automation.

Working principle:

GSHP type rotary rake type bar screen is main composed of driven device,rack,main axis,grid bar ,scum plate,rake tooth and driven chain; in the motor driven, after reduce speed by reducer, take chain wheel and chain motion, fix to the rotary chain, rake chain move to bottom after bar screen, after guide wheel turn over to bar front toward water level position, go on moving insert into mix bar space ascending, the intercept dirt in front bar lifting to water level, with chain move to slag outlet auto reverse, the dirt will auto discharge to conveyor or scum tank below bar screen, finish remove dirt process, liquid will flow by bar space, whole working procedure continuous proceed.
