Introduction:

YM series steel inclined pipe sedimentator is composed of reaction chamber,opposite flow sedimentation and cleaning water area and mud bucket three parts, concentrate set in steel barrel--inside of inverted cone shell bottom tank. Raw water add coagulant blend by mixer, flow into reaction chamber in centre parts, after multilayer sieve plate and two segment vortex reaction , the suspended matter etc impurity coagulation form alum floc. The water flow rise inside of sediment area via honeycomb inclined tube, water present laminar conditions inside inclined tube, the suspended matter separate with water, the cleaning water rise and collect into water collecting tank outflow, sludge automatic glide to sludge-collecting hopper along with inclined pipe bottom.

This equipment combine oil removal and sediment, not only can achieve the purpose of oil-water separation, but also further purify the water quality. There are lay many small diameter parallel inclined pipes in inclined sediment device, special with high removal effect to dispersity particle. Which is widely used in treating car washing sewage,industrial sewage,domestic sewage , Non-ferrous metal processing sewage, power plant ,Boiler room hydraulic dedusting sewage ,Gas station washing water ,biochemical water , pretreatment of water purification ,electroplating waste water and coating water etc.

Characteristic

(7)adopting honeycomb inclined pipe, pipe length is 2-3.0m,which can be safely operated in high turbidity with 50-100kg/m³ Clay sand content.

(8)the inclined sediment device adopt Ethylene-propylene copolymerization glass fiber reinforced plastic or PVC honey comb inclined pipe, the dip angle is 60°C,inclined length is 1m, inscribed circle diameter is 35-50mm, which can change inscribed circle according to water quality, in order to the best sediment effect.
