 horizontal  centrifuge :

It is composed of  column- cone drum , spiral conveyor ,differential speed system,bearing seat,engine seat ,encloser ,main motor,assist motor and electric control system etc.

 Working principle: 

       Vee belt driven drum, assist motor drive spiral by differential units. Drum,spiral feeder push in high speed rotation in the same direction and time, Drum and spiral feeder push in the  action of differential units to form  2-30 rpm differential rotate speed ;   

      (differential speed can automatic stepless speed regulation by frequency converter control)                                       

       When mixed liquid pass by feeding pipe from from central axis enter into drum which in high speed rotation,  in the action of high speed rotation to 

 Produce strong centrifugal force, adopt solid liquid two phase density difference, to make the solid particles fast separate with water, settle in draw wall,

 the screw blade which make relative movement constantly scrape down the solid particles in drum wall and discharge to slagging outle                                  

      The separated supernate overflow drum by liquid level adjusting plate.                                                             

Superior sealing performance to make the equipment in dewatering process no pollutant,no waste water leakage, to guarantee whole production working environment cleaning.                                                            

    Centrifuge has two kind of automatic control function, it is differential speed control and moment control, due to maxing liquid solid content maybe some fluctuate, 

adopt differential speed control system is guarantee differential rotate speed steady, to reach  mud cake dryness constant, adopt frequency conversion constant torque 

 control to make centrifugal loading stay in steady condition, to make
