EPDM rubber extruder machine / cold feed and hot feed rubber extruder machine
Following is machine application
This machine consists of screw , barrel , hardened teeth gearbox , pin barrel , temperature control system , DC adjustable speed control system , etc. It is used to extrude various kind of rubber products , seals , strips , tubes , etc
Following are machine features
1.The screw is made of high quality 38CrMoAla , and it is by high temperature aging treatment and surface are Nitrogen treatment
2.Feeding material device : it consists of feed roller ,roller cover , bearing pedestal , pair of gears , bearing , scraping knife , etc .
3.The surface of feed roller and reverse slot are processed by high temperature aging treatment , hardness of surface can reach HRC65-68 , and depth of chilled layer is 0.6-0.9mm
4.barrel of feeding material is made of machine body , front bush and rear bush . bushing is made of 38CrMoAla
5.The bushing is processed by high temperature aging treatment and its surface is processed by Nitrogen treatment .
6.The hardness of the inside hole for pin barrel is HRC65-70 , the depth of chilled layer is 0.5-0.7MM
7.Gearbox adopts the hardened teeth gearbox
8.Driving motor adopts the Z4 DC adjustable motor . There is speed measuring motor in the driving motor
9.The DC speed adjusting device adopts the SIMENS BRAND . There is cooling fan in the main cabinet
