Product Application
rubber extruder mainly consists of screw , motor , hardened teeth gearbox , , cabinet , etc . It is widely used to produce tubes , seals , treads , etc
Main Features
1.The screw is made of high quality nitrogen carbon steel . It is processed by high temperature aging treatment and nitrogen treatment . Hardness of screw groove is HRC60-65 , and depth of chilled layer 0.5-0.7mm .
2.barrel of feeding material : it consists of main machine body , front bush and rear bush . The front and rear bush is made of high quality nitriding steel (38CrMoAlA). After aging treatment and nitrogen treatment , the hardness of its inner side can reach HRC65-70 , depth of chilled layer can reach 0.55-0.7mm .
3.The main machine is made of ZG270-500 . There are some water slots in outside of the front bush , which is used to heat and cool the machine
4.The machine adopts the hardened teeth gearbox
5.The machine adopts the YVP frequency conversion motor , and the machine is stepless speed .
6.The electrical cabinet adopt the famous brand DELIXI BRAND
