Gold mining machine shaking table
Shaking table is used as a gravity separation device to sort fine materials. The shaking table dressing depends on the combined effect of mechanical asymmetric reciprocating motion and thin water layer on the sloping table surface, so that ore particles on the table get loose and move to different layers and zones, and then the minerals are separated according to different densities.

The working principle of this machine is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
This machine is composed of three parts, i. E. Head of shaking table, surface of shaking table, as well as bearing and adjusting gradient.
Construction and mechanical features
It is composed of bed, bed head and driving mechanism. The support and feed through are made up the bed. Bed has coarse bed and carving groove bed. According to feed ore sizes and ore density, proper bed type is chosen (attached forms). Bed connected by the hook on the bed head supports the driving merchandise. With the push of bed head, the bed moves back and forth. The bed head moves under the eccentric shaft driving the eccentric roller to make rocker supporting arm moving. Like: The rocker supporting arm drives connected the screw to make screw moving back and forth. The lubricant bearing is used the ZQSN5-5-5 material which has low noise and moving neatly. The driving merchandise is used to adjust the slope of the table, used hand wheel to adjust the slant splint so the bed’s slope produced.
Head Motionare furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.
Decks:The decks are constructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fibre glass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger,wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition.
Feed and Water BoxA wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
TechnicalSpecification The Tables have three distinct deck designs available. The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.
