Product Description

1. Commodity: EN10305-1 42CrMo4 honed tube

2. Manufacture method: cold drawn, cold rolled

3. Internal surface treatment method: honing.

4. Size range: 40mm*30mm - 480mm*450mm

5. Standard&material: EN 10305-1 E355,C45E,25CrMo4,34CrMo4,42CrMo4,DIN 2391-2 ST52,ST52.3,ST52.4, ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1045,SAE1026,SAE4130,SAE4140,etc.

6. Delivery condition: BK, BKW, BK+S, GBK, NBK.

7. OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1, EN10305-1, ASTM A519 or as per customer's requirement.

8. ID tolerance: H7,H8,H9,H10, or given by customer.

9. Wall Thickness tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%

10. Roughness of internal surface(Ra): 0.4um max.

11. Ovality of OD: 0.15mm max for tubes with OD below 150mm, 0.25mm max for tubes with OD above 150mm.

12. Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max for tubes below 3000mm, 0.8mm/1000mm max for tubes between 3000mm and 6000mm, 1.2mm/1000mm for tubes above 6000mm.
