This series box-type furnace adopt the modern high-tech technology, main parts material are high quality materials which import from Europe Countries , specially designed and application in for high temperature sintering process, such as ceramic wafer electrical conductivity test , ceramic capacitors (MLCC) sintering atmosphere and so on.
♦ The thermal insulation and heat preservation adopt the alumina pure fiber product ,Heated by high qualityMoSi2 heating element electric resistance wire and silicon carbide rod ;also that’s according the temperature.
Control system use the intelligent temperature controller .have the feature of temperature uniform temperature easy to control fast heating up energy saving long time time and so on. All parameter meet the international high standard.

Box furnaces are Widely applicable for sintering of ceramic samples,metal,stone, ceramic, dissolution analysis of high-temperature heating;chemical element analysis, and small pieces of steel hardening, annealing, tempering,universities, research institutes.

for preserving the longevity of the furnace components,we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10'C/oling rate shall also not exceed 10'C/min.this furnace lacks vacuum sealing.toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramic over extended use.this is a normal occurence and cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.refractory block must be inserted before closing door. |
