STA-175KM -1200 laboratory high temperature muffle furnace with 1200C 1400C 1700 1800C which consists of super high quality alumina fiber brick with ZrO2 liner and high quality MoSi2 heating rods which can be used up to 1800°C. Temperature is controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1°C and 30-50 segments programmable. It is widely used in materials annealing, sintering, Gravimetric analysis, Sintering, Quantitative analysis, Heat treating, Glass preparation and Smelting.
Characteristics:
1.Unique door design,safe and easy door operation, toen sure the high temperature inside that the heat does not leak.
2.high-precision digital display meter,temperature control system with microcomputer chip processor with PID regulation characteristics, time set, temperature difference correction, over-temperature alarm and other functions, high precision temperature control.
3.The furnace cavity is baked by the high temperature refractories toen sure durability.
4.excellent door seal to make the heat loss to be minimum, increase the temperature uniformity in the furnace.
