Wood pellet machine description:

What kind of materials can i use to make fuel pellets?
Raw material:
Sawdust, wood shavings, rice husk, wheat straw, cotton stalk, sunflower stalk, crop stalk, cottonseed skins, biomass wastes, forestry wastes, and many other wastes or solid powder materials.

Moisture content: is LESS than the national standard of 15%. If not, the raw material must be dried.
Material size: is LESS than 5x5mm, if not; the raw material must be crushed.
Application of pellet:
Pellet can be widely used in fireplace, boiler, tne used of bionass plant.
Working principle of Pellet machine:
Pellet machine is one of the biomass molding equipment.
It can make powdered biomass materials into pellets.
The starting materials for the production of pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix.
Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a high temperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As a result of pressure and temperature increasing, the materials were compressed into pellets. The output pells will have very high strength after cooling.
