Background of Biomass Pellet Fuel
Currently, biomass as a source of energy is mainly refers to agriculture, forestry and other wastes,such as all kinds of crops straw,sugar crops,starch crops and oil crops,forestry,urban and industrial organic waste and wood processing waste and animal manure or secondary processing produce energy (for example, methane, oil micro algae).
Biomass fuels belong to biomass energy,have great potential for development.Compared with other biomass energy, biomass pellet fuel are easier to implement mass production and application.
Usage of Wood Pellet made by wood pellet machinery line
Biomass wood pellet fuel as “green coal” is well known, is a clean efficient and environmentally friendly energy which can replace coal, oil, gas.
It’s convenient to use biomass pellet compared with gas,oil,coal and other fuels.
Materials of wood pellet machinery line
Main raw material for biomass pellet of wood pellet machinery line are corn stalks, rice stick, sawdust, rice husks, peanut shells, shell seeds, bark and all other agricultural and forestry residues,.
After crushing, mixing, pressing, drying and other processes, the materials are made into final granulated fuels.

Process of wood pellet machinery line
1.Raw Materials preparation of wood pellet machinery line
In order to improve the efficienty and get the good effect of the pellet made by our wood pellet machinery,the raw materials should be clean,no big impurity,easy to transport and put into the hopper of the crushing machine(or pulverizer)
2.Crushing process of wood pellet machinery line
Before pelleting by wood pellet machinery,depending on the different input material, we choose the suitable Crushing machines. If the raw material is the Straw, we use Straw Mill. When material is wood and the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm, and >50 * 50mm(L * W), we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces, then crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter less 5mm by Hammer Mill (Crusher).After crushing,the materials legth and width should be less than 5mm.
3.Drying process of wood pellet machinery line
The best moisture content for wood pellet machiner is 13-18%,we have rotary dryer and air flow dryer for different capacity for your reference.The air flow dryer is usually suitable for the capacity less than 1.5t/h.The rotary dryer is usually suitable for the capacity more than 1.5t/h.Of course,the dryers’ capacity also is according to the materials.We would like to make the suitable dryer to match the whole pellet line.
4.Pelletizing Process of wood pellet machinery line
Wood Pellet Machinery is the most important equipment, which have the following features:
(1) The lubrication system for wood pellet machinery, lubricate the bearings and rollers, which completely solved the trouble of lubricating rollers and bearings depending on the operation experience.And extend the working time of rollers,dies and bearings.
(2) Driving Gear adopts the high precision gear transmission structure.
(3) As per the die and roller of the wood pellet machinery, we have the fine machining with the alloyed steel, such as 20 CrMnTi and 40Cr; and stainless steel, such as 4 Cr13 and 3 Cr13.Selects high quality bearing, ensure that transmission efficient, stable and reliable.
(4)Pellet size can be adjusted:
Replacement of mold can produce different shape and size of products,usually shape as round, square, particle shape.
(5)High effiency:
Small motor power, high output.Adopt new granulation compression concept design, maximum limit reduces power loss and Tons of energy consumption on average compared to other similar equipments to reduce energy consumption of 20 ~ 30 kw, energy saving up to 30%, more powerful, the durability is higher, more energy conservation and environmental protection
(6) Automatic constant temperature:
this machine adopts the technique of automatic constant temperature, outdoor temperature at minus 20 degrees and 40 degrees centigrade all can processing molding, and ensure the compression section constant in the set temperature automatically, effectively guarantee the mould and the bearing is not working in high temperature environment, greatly improving the service life of mould and bearings.
(7)Molding pressing density can be adjusted:
the pressed density between 0.8-1.4 g/cm3 can be arbitrary adjustment, can be compressed straw coal, also can suppress livestock feed press block.
5.Cooling Process of wood pellet machinery line
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the biomass wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, so the biomass wood pellet can be easy to store.
6.Packing Process of wood pellet machinery line
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
