Machine for wood pellet is a kind of biomass pellet mill, which makes raw materials like powder into pellets, the diameter of pellet can be 2.5-10mm.
Pellet fuel has a large calorific value, high purity,small volume and it is renewable energy whic is easy to store and transport.
First, the raw materials should be crushed into flour or powder.
Second, after crushing,pressing,densify,molding,the machine makes raw materials small solid pellet virgulate fuel pellet.

8. Through the trials on more than 200 materials (such as the sawdust, rice bran, peanut husk), we got the the best compression ratio of the dies.
9.Good quality of the electric controller, adopt the Electrical components of CHINT and Siemens etc. More safer, more durable.
10.The circuit of the electrical controller is lay outed according to the CE standard.
